Feeling stressed? Too much work and too little time? Learn about some slow art techniques in this fun workshop. We will use watercolors and pens to make mini-masterpieces while talking about the importance of resilience, and finding ways to be resilient in our busy days!
During this session, attendees will:
Create a small work to take home with watercolor and pens
Discuss tools and techniques to build resilience
Linda Franke is a fiber artist, teacher, writer and rural advocate living in Western New York. She has traveled throughout the area teaching and leading workshops on different fiber arts, resilience and mindfulness, research strategies and efficiency, and integrative nutrition and herbalism. She is currently working on a children's book, a book of tatting patterns, and learning to make Armenian lace.
