Arts Services Inc. presents ‘Creative Professionals Exchange: Emergence,’ a conference tailored to creative minds. Scheduled for June 7th, 2024, this event invites creatives from across Western New York to the Roycroft Campus in East Aurora for an opportunity to enhance personal growth and community impact.

Topics will empower creatives like you to reimagine their work and its impact, explore new perspectives and strategies for finding your creative voice and leverage it for the betterment of both yourself and your community.

The day will open with breakfast and networking followed by a keynote presentation and workshop. Following this presentation, you will have the ability to select your preferred workshops, presentations, and panel discussions. And don't worry, we'll leave time for snacks, lunch and an optional happy hour.
The Roycroft Campus is located at 31 South Grove Street, East Aurora, NY. Google maps directions are available here.
The campus has ample parking plus adjoining street parking.
The value of each ticket for this event is $50. However, we are pleased to offer a flexible pricing structure with four tiers: $20, $30, $40, and $50. We invite you to choose the price that best aligns with your circumstances. Your contribution at any level is greatly appreciated and will assist us in furthering our mission to ensure that “the arts belong to everyone.”

Is there an age restriction?
Will dietary restrictions be taken into account?
Individuals of any age are invited to attend, though sessions and topics will be most useful to individuals out of high school. Any individual under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult and both must pay for an individual registration.
Yes. Upon registration, you will be asked to disclose any kind of dietary preference, sensitivity, or allergy and we will accommodate you without extra charge.

What should I wear?
Wear what you feel comfortable in! For some, that will mean business professional and for others it means yoga pants. The ASI staff will be outfitted in ASI swag along with some comfortable pants and shoes.

What if I cannot attend at the last minute?
Please reach out to the ASI team at info@asiwny.org or (716) 833-3004 as soon as you know that you cannot attend. We require a 48 hours advance notice for refunds.

Do I have to be an artist or creative to attend?
No! While our sessions are geared toward those working in the creative industry, CPX: Emergence is open to anyone looking for inspiration. Artists, creatives, directors, and administrators at any point in their journey will find something useful. We like to think of this conference as a "take what you need" kind of experience!
